Roasted Green Beans with Salt & Pepper Crumbs recipe, surprisinly simple and yummy!
Roasted green beans:
500grams of fresh green beans
2 tbl Olive Oil
1 tbl fresh Rosemary minced
2 cloves fresh garlic grated with a micro grater
You need to get your hands dirty here and toss together by hand, make sure every single green bean is thoroughly coated in oil, garlic and rosemary. Spread green beans out in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast in 350F oven for 30 mins, turning them half way through cooking.
Salt & Pepper Crumbs
Wiz 2 pieces of fresh bread in the food processor till they are coarse crumbs, in a skillet over medium heat toast crumbs with 3 tbl olive oil, ½ tsp freshly ground Malabar pepper, and ½ tsp ground sea salt. Stir frequently until crumbs are golden brown. Sprinkle over roasted beans and enjoy!
